Earle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine in Portland, ME, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University in Boston, MA, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA, and is a graduate of the New England School of Banking at Williams College in Williamstown, MA. He has held numerous senior executive positions in commercial banking over the last twenty-five years, including seven years as the President and Chief Executive Officer of a Maine-based community bank and recently as a Senior Vice President in the Private Banking group at Mechanics Savings Bank. Earle also continues to operate several family-owned small businesses in Maine which demand attention to customers and operational detail. He is also the Chief Instructor Pilot for New England Aviation Academy , a Cirrus Training Center in Brunswick. Earle has been active in his local community in several civic roles over the years which has included being the Chairman of the Southern Mid Coast Maine Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the United Way Annual Giving Campaign, Trustee of the United Baptist Church of Topsham, Treasurer of Topsham Development Inc, and has coached youth sports in Brunswick for several years.
